When will my order ship?

Due to high volume... once you place your order, processing usually takes 4-6 business days. You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order is ready.

I live outside the United States. Is OH.SO available internationally?

Currently, OH.SO ships internationally to Canada. We are working to expand our international shipping capabilities and/or partner with additional international resellers and hope to be coming to your neck of the woods soon!

My order shows delivered on the USPS website, but I can't find it anywhere. What should I do?

Send us a note to Oh.SoInfo@purequosa.com and include your order number. Most packages do turn up in a day or two but after that we are happy to open a case with the carrier on your behalf.

Do OH.SO products expire?

We recommend using your prodct within 12 months after opening it.
