When will my order ship?

Due to high volume... once you place your order, processing usually takes 4-6 business days. You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order is ready.

I live outside the United States. Is OH.SO available internationally?

Currently, OH.SO ships internationally to Canada. We are working to expand our international shipping capabilities and/or partner with additional international resellers and hope to be coming to your neck of the woods soon!

My order shows delivered on the USPS website, but I can't find it anywhere. What should I do?

Send us a note to orders@purequosa.com and include your order number. Most packages do turn up in a day or two but after that we are happy to open a case with the carrier on your behalf.

I would like to return or exchange my items. How can I do that?

We accept returns and exchanges on unused product within 30 days of your order date. We’ll deduct the cost of return shipping, unless you’d prefer to send it back with your own shipping label. Send us an email at orders@purequosa.com to get started.


Due to the hand made, fresh nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products. This policy ensures the freshness and potency of our products. However, we want you to love your products as much as we do, so if you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us as soon as possible and we will find an agreeable solution.

Do OH.SO products expire?

We reccommend using your products within 12 months of opening.
