The beauty of online workouts is that they can be accessed anytime and anywhere with enough space for a yoga mat and a solid Wi-Fi connection. There are a ton of options—many with free trial periods—so the key is finding one that brings a little joy into your day.
obé signature live and replay classes are 28 minutes and are structured across three pillars: Define, Sweat and Flow. There are classes for all levels (Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced)
“obé’s live classes are intense and, mercifully, short. In 28 minutes the session is over, and I collapse on my living-room floor, drenched and panting.” - VOGUE
Amanda's classes are a mix of dance and cross training with special attention on form and details to create a unique, fun workout that will have you drenched in sweat in minutes! Her creativity is unmatched, her energy is contagious, and her positivity everlasting. No matter your experience level, you'll be captivated by Amanda's radiant persona and empowering attitude.
A personal favorite of mine! The Sculpt Society focuses on three themes:
1 - DANCE: an athletic approach to dance based fitness. Simplified dance cardio moves so that anyone at any level can feel successful.
2 - SCULPT: uses your own body weight and light weight resistance, 2-3lb hand weights, resistance bands, sliders and ankle weights to create a long, lean, strong body.
3 - REPEAT: sequences each class so that you're constantly challenged at every level. Plus the mix of dance cardio and sculpting will drive the results you are looking for.
If you’re not a visual person—or if you just can’t figure out a good setup angle for your laptop screen—Aaptiv is perfect: It’s audio-only, which means all you need is the app and some headphones to get going. It’s sort of choose-your-own-adventure; it can function as a training companion on a run or at the gym or as a class in your living room. There are thousands of options, so it’s just a matter of filtering for skill level, workout style, and duration.
